My wife was out driving our 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 when it lost half of its coolant due to a loose hose. Patrick diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had her back on the road again quickly. He was competent, professional and honest in his dealings with her. These days many shops are not so trustworthy and take advantage of those less knowledgeable in these areas. My thanks to Patrick and the rest of Big Jim's staff for their courtesy and professionalism. I would definitely go back to them for future work and highly recommend them to others! I have been going to Jim for many years. As usual, Jim was very accommodating in arranging service, did not bill for services for inspecting all break systems. Even though the pads still have some life to them I would have expected some charge for Labor - but no. THANKS JIM !
