Big Jim put in a 2 part thermostat housing which is a pain to do after my son stripped the bolt. Taking off a manifold top is required. Great price, fast service. Will return for service again. A-1 Place.

Jim’s team has always done a fine job of getting to the problem of my 2006 Ford Fusion. Identifying the problem with this 177,500 mile vehicle. They let me know about options to wait until we can afford to get the nonessential suspension items replaced. The support gives me confidence to make a prediction that the car will make 250,000 miles using Big Jim’s Auto to achieve that goal.
