When my 2010 Malibu requires attention, Big Jim's Auto helps prioritize those needs: "Let's fix this today and hold off on that because this is a safety issue. You'll be 'kind to the planet' when we fix that, but it can wait till next visit." Jim's also prioritizes by budget. "Let's take care of the two smaller items today and the costlier third item next time." Speaking of time, Jim's estimates of how much time a job will take are accurate. In my 20+ years as a customer, I've been treated fairly and honestly and never felt "shaken down" at Big Jim's Auto.
