My husband and myself were driving from Quebec to Indianapolis on Feb. 23rd after an icing storm when a big slab of ice from a car in front of us hit our car front windshield and broke it with the whiper. We rapidly exited the highway and fell on Jim’s garage! Our best luck! He took the car instantly and found out that the whiper’s transmission had just stopped. His guy fixed it and 10 minutes after we were back on the road! Big thanks to Jim and his team! You made a stressfull situation quickly solved. As for the windshield, it will have to be changed since it has fours cracks at the bottom. Big thanks to big Jim!

Recently, time had come for a routine oil change on my 2010 Malibu. With over 327,000 miles traveled, my car--you'd think--would need more than an oil change at this point. Jim asked, "Anything else we need to do?" "No, not this time" I responded. "Actually, Jim, you've done it all already. And that's why my car is still on the road."
