Respect, honesty and information. This is what I receive when I take a vehicle to Big Jim's. One of the nicest things is knowing what is urgent on my vehicles and what can wait. Jim and Monica have always been very upfront about my car's needs. The staff always does a good job and they stand behind their work.

I have been a customer for 20+ years and I couldn't be more satisfied. Jim and his staff have treated me like family over the years. They've earned my trust as they don't recommend repairs for the sake of recommending repairs. They are honest, and offer smart recommendations, along with options. Now my children take their cars for service there - and they are treated like gold! I even have taken cars I've considered buying to them to look over, and each time they were always so kind to give me their opinions - - along with pointer to help me negotiate for a better price - - which I succeeded at doing.
