With 365,000 miles under its belt, my 2010 Malibu has had nearly all of its original parts replaced. The computer that, you might say, "manages" the original transmission needs to be reprogrammed or replaced. This was the diagnosis Big Jim's Auto came up with when I took my car in the other day. Now Big Jim's doesn't handle transmissions. But after a "no charge" diagnosis, they steered me to reputable shops who do transmission work. Once again, great customer service. That's why I'll stick with Big Jim's Auto.

I was in a real pinch & once again Jim & his team through with flying colors. I was expecting a week for repairs, but no, Jim took care of business quickly. Jim you can never retire !! Thanks again. rd

Great communication. Great price. Fast service. Truck broke down and had to choose a local repair shop. Found Big Jim’s was less than a mile away. I called to see if they could accommodate me. They referred me to a tow company who pulled me in. They called the next morning to inform me my truck was on the lift and how much the repair would be. Everything was put back together by the end of the day. They even fixed a couple bulbs that were popped. I was happy I was able to find an honest American owned company when this unplanned emergency came up. Losing a work truck for any amount of time can be a huge set back! Thanks, Jim and staff for the quick turn around.
