I'm grateful for the kind consideration I received at Big Jim's Auto. Recently, the alternator on my 2010 Malibu--probably the original--suddenly "went kaput.," as they say. Rather than have me make an appointment, the crew at Big Jim's fixed the problem on the spot. I had my car back in a couple of hours. As an old customer, I first thought, "Loyalty pays off." But at Jim's, they said, "You help people at the hospital you work at, so we thought we'd help you. Besides, we know you love your car."
