Did I know what a crankshaft oil seal is? No. Not until Jim of Big Jim's Auto took me on a tour of my hoisted vehicle and showed me. "You're spewing oil on the underside of your car. We have to fix this immediately or you could ruin your engine." This is what's kept me a customer of Big Jim's for over 20 years. I bring my 2010 Malibu in for what I think will be a routine oil change. I get the oil change, but also a thorough prognosis of what else will need to be addressed now and down the road. When I bring my car in for its next oil change, it'll be at the 365,000 mile mark. All thanks to Big Jim's.

I had an old U-Haul trailer hitch removed and a new OEM / through the bumper hitched installed by Big Jim’s Automotive. I wish I could remember the installers name because this guy was awesome. He jumped through many hurdles because the dealer gave me the wrong parts. This guy gave me back my vehicle same day and it looks exactly like the factory installed it. Every aspect of the upgrade was beyond my expectations. It was my first time using them and it certainly won’t be my last 5 stars all the way
