I liked this shop when it was a Midas franchise, so I was worried about what it might be like under private ownership. Decided to continue going to the same location , as it was a convenient location. I figured if I didn’t like it, I would find a new place for my oil changes and other repairs as needed. I was pleasantly surprised at an even better auto repair shop. The service is excellent and the timeliness is great. They really care about the customer and always try to do the best to make it affordable and at the same time do the best repairs. They give you a heads-up on any future problems they see coming , but not yet critical, so you have time to plan ahead for any repairs. Great place , people and service. On a personal note, I love supporting our local communities ! It strengthens all of us as a town and as a country!!!

I would never take my car or my kids car anywhere else! By far the most honest, trustworthy, dependable and reasonably priced mechanic I have ever met in my life. And they also have the friendliest staff you’ll ever meet!!

Picked up a car from there few weeks ago and Jim was very helpful and professional.

Very quick/quality service as always

Wonderful service! Jim and his technician troubleshooted and fixed my tail lights not working due to an electrical short. Was pleased with the description of cause of problem and solution there afterwards. I highly recommend Big Jim's Auto Service to anyone trying to find an honest, knowledgeable mechanic.

They got my jeep wrangler in the day I called. They found the issue was a leak in the radiator and that I had a common oil cooler leak as. They went above and beyond to it fixed with after market parts that do not have the issue that caused the problem in the first place. Thank you.
