I've been a customer for over 20 years. When it comes to serious problems with my 2010 Malibu, I take it to Big Jim's Automotive. Wouldn't think of taking it anywhere else. The mechanics there have to be the most professional, most knowledgeable I've ever met. Part of their professionalism is being truthful with customers. They discuss frankly in layman's language what needs to be repaired, what it's going to cost, and what time will be needed for job. They've got my total confidence. Hands down the BEST automotive care I've ever received. After a 28-year military career, moving from coast to coast and having vehicles serviced all over the country, Jim & crew are outstanding! I own eight vehicles and they've worked on all but two. Trustworthy, knowledgable, fair, punctual, accommodating, etc. Don't waste your time OR money, at a dealer garage. Give it to Jim!
