My husband took his truck there, so does my mother-in-law & sister-in-law. Big Jim is an affordable place & the mechanics are very competent & fairly friendly. They do very good work!!!

It's one thing to believe that the auto shop you've taken your car to will make the needed repairs. But it's another to trust that those repairs will last. From my experience with Big Jim's Auto, I can state that I have that trust. The last two times I took my car there, I heard: "What can we do for your vehicle?" My response: "Just change the oil. The car runs at peak performance." That's because anything that ever needed fixing, the mechanics at Big Jim's had already repaired. And it stayed repaired! It's thanks to Big Jim's Auto that my 2010 Malibu will have reached the 350,000 mile mark before I take it in for the next scheduled oil change.

Big Jim's has morals and values still. They are so friendly. They have perfected their customer service skills. Repairs are diagnosed quickly and properly. They don't push other repairs. They also politely let you know what is wearing soon and if it is a safety issue. Their prices are very reasonable for good, honest work. Communication is top notch too. Thank you to you guys. We are all grateful for you.
