I have been going to Jim for many years. Very pleased as Always. Jim is very fair in my opinion. Does not charge for items if it was not necessary. I will be returning !

Excellent service as always. The friendly staff make you feel that you are a priority which is in stark contrast then a dealership. Their service was faster and cheaper than the dealership too. Your more than a number at Big Jim's.

I'm grateful for the kind consideration I received at Big Jim's Auto. Recently, the alternator on my 2010 Malibu--probably the original--suddenly "went kaput.," as they say. Rather than have me make an appointment, the crew at Big Jim's fixed the problem on the spot. I had my car back in a couple of hours. As an old customer, I first thought, "Loyalty pays off." But at Jim's, they said, "You help people at the hospital you work at, so we thought we'd help you. Besides, we know you love your car."

I hate auto shops, I prefer to do the work myself because of fear of them doing it wrong or the price keeps going up and up. Big Jim's is not like that at all. Honestly and great staff is what u get from them. Ty guys for doing an amazing job on my van.

I haven't had my brake lines done yet but they are very busy which is a good thing and I think they're pricing is fair in fact I think it's more than fair so I could say hell yeah Big Jim
